Yogurt Bowls

When the kids are asking for something sweet, this is my go-to move. Plain Greek yogurt built up with fresh berries, a drizzle of maple syrup, dark chocolate, and a little crunch from the walnuts (or whatever nuts you fancy). It hits every note they're looking for without me having to think twice about what's in it. The chia and hemp seeds are my quiet little nutrition boost that nobody even notices. Three minutes, one bowl, and everybody's happily smackin’ away.

Ingredients

  • Plain Greek yogurt

  • Maple syrup, to drizzle

  • Chia seeds, to taste

  • Hemp seeds, to taste

  • Walnuts, a small handful

  • Fresh berries (whatever you have — strawberries, blueberries, raspberries all work)

  • 70% or higher dark chocolate, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Scoop Greek yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Drizzle with maple syrup.

  3. Top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, and walnuts.

  4. Add a generous handful of fresh berries.

  5. Finish with a few pieces of dark chocolate.

  6. Build it your way — there's no wrong answer here.
